A tool workshop I built so you can finish PDF, image and audio jobs in the browser without uploading files to a server: no account, no upload, no tracking.
Problem, approach, evidence.
Problem
Most online file tools make you upload your file to a server and often create an account; for sensitive documents that is an unnecessary risk.
Approach
Everything runs in the browser on the device's own power: the file is never sent anywhere. Each tool does one job, with feedback such as before/after size comparison and a waveform preview so you see the result before downloading.
Evidence
Measured live: Lighthouse 99 on desktop, 78 on mobile; LCP 0.8 s on desktop, 4.0 s on mobile; layout shift 0; accessibility 100.
Three areas, eight tools.
Merge, split (separate pages or extract a range) and compress; compression shows the before/after size.
Resize (width, height, quality), batch-convert between PNG/JPG/WebP and remove backgrounds.
Extract text from images (OCR, Turkish and English); trim audio on a waveform and download it as WAV.
PDF signing, images to PDF, QR code generation and JSON formatting.
Without the file leaving the device.
↑ There is no upload step at all; privacy is the design itself.
Let's do the next one together.
